NCR (Aloha) will update your restaurant hours on their end. Grubhub hours will be reflected after the nightly menu sync.

Stop Taking Orders

To temporarily close your restaurant for the day, navigate to Grubhub for Restaurants on a computer, phone or tablet:

• Left side menu > ‘Stop Taking Orders’

Brinker

Update Hours

• Update restaurant hours directly through your Brinker POS
• Updated restaurant hours will immediately reflect on Grubhub

Stop Taking Orders

• Close your restaurant directly through your Brinker POS
• Closure will immediately reflect on Grubhub

Checkmate

Update Hours

• Update restaurant hours directly through the Checkmate portal
• Updated restaurant hours will take a few hours to reflect on Grubhub

Restaurant closures can be completed one of the following ways:

• Close your restaurant directly through your Chick-fil-A POS via the ‘emergency closure’ option
  • Closure will immediately reflect on Grubhub
• Special hours request through Chick-fil-A POS
  • Grubhub hours will be reflected after the nightly menu sync
• Navigate to Grubhub for Restaurants on a computer, phone or tablet:
  • Left side menu > ‘Stop Taking Orders’

Chipotle

Update Hours

• Update restaurant hours directly through the Chiptole POS
• Updated restaurant hours will take a few hours to reflect on Grubhub

Stop Taking Orders

• Close your restaurant directly through the Chipotle POS
  • Updated restaurant hours will take a few hours to reflect on Grubhub
• To temporarily close your restaurant for the day, navigate to Grubhub for Restaurants on a computer, phone or tablet:
  • Left side menu > ‘Stop Taking Orders’

Chowly

Update Hours

• Update restaurant hours directly through your Chowly POS or through the Chowly Portal
• Updated restaurant hours will take a few minutes to reflect on Grubhub.

Stop Taking Orders

• Please contact Chowly directly to close your restaurant for the day

Deliverect

Update Hours

• Update restaurant hours directly through the Deliverect portal
• Updated restaurant hours must be published to reflect on Grubhub.

Stop Taking Orders

• Close your restaurant directly through the Deliverect portal by selecting ‘Busy Mode’

McDonald’s

Omnivore

• Contact your Omnivore Support directly

Omnivore will update your restaurant hours on their end. Updated hours will push to Grubhub.

Taco Bell

Update Hours

• Update restaurant hours directly through the Store Hours portal
• Enter restaurant Store Number and follow instructions linked in the portal

Grubhub hours will be reflected within 24 hours.
