Free Gift Terms

Eligibility.  This offer is made to intended recipient restaurants (through their authorized representative(s)) only, and no other restaurant or third party is eligible for this offer. Only one gift per restaurant.  This offer expires 10/20/21 unless extended by Grubhub in its sole and absolute discretion.  Grubhub reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a restaurant satisfies the foregoing eligibility criteria.

Redeeming the Offer.  To participate, restaurants must (1) receive a post card describing the offer directly from Grubhub, and (2) scan the QR code or visit the link provided to the restaurant on the post card with the gift offer, and (3) fully complete the form on the landing page.

Prohibited Use.  You are not permitted to distribute, sell, or commercialize this offer or any gift through any third party site.

Remedies.  Grubhub reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the offer, or any part of it, including without limitation in the event any fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Grubhub’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the offer, as determined by Grubhub in its sole discretion. Grubhub reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action against any individual or restaurant it finds to be tampering with the operation of the offer or to be acting in violation of these terms or any other promotion. Restaurants who engage in any prohibited activities or otherwise violate these terms, may be inhibited from participating in any future offer, or from using Grubhub’s services altogether, in Grubhub’s sole discretion.

Waiver.  Grubhub’s failure to enforce any term of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
